According to the regional public relations report, the Frico factory, which produces various types of edible oils and is located in the Sirjan Special Economic Zone, has been experiencing problems for several months and its production has been suspended. In this regard, 350 workers have been unemployed and have faced serious problems. This issue was the subject of a meeting held yesterday at the Kerman Courthouse, in the presence of judicial officials from Kerman province, the CEO and director of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone, and factory officials.
In this meeting, the Chief Judge of Kerman Province announced that the provincial judiciary is considering solutions to resolve the problems of the Frico vegetable oil factory and pay the arrears of the company's workers, and said: "The problems of these workers with social security have also been reviewed and it is decided that insurance services will be provided." They are restored and maintained.
Hojjat al-Islam and Muslim Ebrahim Hamidi, in a provincial meeting on the implementation of resistance economy policies, which was attended by a senior official of the factory via video conference from prison, added: "Currently, the country is facing serious problems in the supply of edible oil. . Any available capacity in the country must be used." The country and the province exist to provide edible oil to the people, and it must be used.
He stressed: "If a factory like Frico has the capacity to meet the needs of the people, we must urgently solve its problem so that this factory can resume production and meet the needs of the country and the province." Hojjat al-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Hamidi, while stating that the most important current problem of Frico Company is the issue of liquidity, said: "The proposal to sell the assets of the CEO of the factory and provide the required liquidity is correct, which, due to the ban on this person from trading, will be discussed in a joint meeting next week," said the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Kerman, the Deputy for Social Affairs and Crime Prevention of the Provincial Department of General Justice and the Prosecutor of Sirjan, as well as with the judicial authorities in Tehran, they are following up on the case to provide liquidity to this company. He noted: The establishment of the bases for the sale of assets in order to provide the necessary liquidity to pay the workers' claims and resume production at the Frico factory is being pursued by the leadership of the General Justice Department of Kerman Province, so that the income from the sale of assets can be used to pay the workers' salaries, insurance debts, supply of crude oil to the factory, etc. will be an expense.
The Chief Judge of Kerman Province stressed: The pursuit of the recovery of the debts of the State Trading Company of Iran to the Frico Company is also being pursued on the basis of legal grounds and with urgency.
Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Hamidi said: "Based on the resolution of the provincial headquarters for the implementation of the economic policies of resistance, Jihad Keshavarzi is responsible for pursuing the issue of supplying crude oil to the Frico Company through the state-owned trading company, with priority for the payment of his debts to this company. production unit, and this action can be The compensation format must be carried out.
He stressed that the follow-up of the renewal of the company's business card is also carried out based on the opinions of experts, and said: "The managers of this production unit must also ensure that after the resumption of the factory's activities, the situation must be handled "in a way that prevents other problems from occurring." The deputy in charge of coordinating economic affairs in Kerman Governorate also said about the follow-up of the systeme judiciary on the problems of the production units: "The most important problem of this production unit is that its workers have not received their salaries for seven months, and it is of the utmost importance to follow up on this issue, given that we are on the eve of the New Year. This is of even greater importance.
Amir Hassanzadeh noted: Through legal solutions, part of the assets of the managers of this production unit can be converted into cash and the workers' demands can be met.
The Public Prosecutor and Revolutionary of Sirjan also said in this meeting: "Freiko Company is a very good production unit in the Sirjan Economic Zone and was able to make a place for itself among households, but its management process was followed in a way that led to the complete closure of this unit." Mojtaba Gadimi, while pointing out that the salaries of the company's workers have not been paid for 7 months and that their insurances are also pending, said: "We believe that if the board of directors of this company cares about this company, which has been able to present itself well in the Middle East, it should take measures to solve the problems." He said: "This factory is currently completely closed and has no production, and its sustainability and equipment are due to the compassionate efforts of the workers and leaders of its various departments."
