According to the report of the region's public relations, yesterday, Engineer Wafai, the general manager of the region, visited the ongoing project on the second floor of the Edra building. The construction of the second floor of the district administrative building has started since last year and 80% of the physical progress has been achieved. This project is expected to be put into operation by February this year for 150 billion riyals. The 3-megawatt solar power plant project of the special zone was another project visited by Wafai. The operating license for this plant was issued to support the production of clean energy, and the equipment of this 3-megawatt solar power plant with an area of 21,000 square meters is being installed in the warehouses of the region. According to this report, this project will be completed by the end of this year at 1,200 billion riyals.
