I sincerely congratulate you on your selection as the model personnel of the Special Zone Regulatory Unit in 1403 (Iranian solar year) and wish you good health and success. Thanks and appreciation are also extended to Mr. Colonel Samara, who contributed to the continuity of security in the region by organizing the security forces.
