According to the report of the Regional Vice Chancellor for Civil Affairs and Infrastructure, a year ago, the drawing and design work of the second floor of the office building with an area of 850 square meters began and it was decided that this building would be carried out in three phases and over a period of 18 months. In the first phase of this project, the construction of the factory and industrialization structure (LSF) was put on the agenda and the structure was evacuated to the office building site. In a second phase, the roof was dismantled and then the structure and roof covering were installed.
According to this report, in the third phase, the facade of the building, which started yesterday, will be completed within the next month at a cost of 7 billion riyals.
The project is expected to be commissioned within the next six months at a cost of 85 billion rials.
