According to the deputy director of civil affairs and infrastructure of the region, due to the establishment of optical fiber throughout the region, as well as the digging of canals and the formation of holes in the asphalt of the roads, the Coloring operation is necessary, and for this reason, with the identification of the contractor for this operation, for two months it had started before. According to this report, the coloring operation, covering an area of 22,000 square meters and costing 10 billion rials, was completed yesterday.
