According to the Deputy Minister of Civil Affairs and Infrastructure, the Sirjan Special Economic Zone has started setting up a protective fence inside the zone since the last five months. This fence separates the warehouse, industry and administration sectors from the residential and recreational tourism sectors of the region. According to this report, the grading and construction of the 6,000-meter-long patrol road next to this fence began five months ago, and its fence was completed last week. This project was commissioned at a cost of over 100 billion rials.
